Split over 2 appointments, this pregnancy planning package will help you to feel informed and prepared for a future pregnancy. It includes a detailed pre-appointment questionnaire, referral for appropriate testing, discussion of results and individualised, holistic advice about the next steps.

Dr Eliza also works as a GP at Your Doctors in Leichhardt and Summer Hill. She is currently on maternity leave from this practice and is anticipated to return in early 2023.

As a GP, most of Dr Eliza's consultations are eligible for a medicare rebate.
