Gestalt breastfeeding.

The key to addressing many of these issues is a stable latch and position (or “fit and hold”). “Gestalt breastfeeding” is an approach to latch and position that helps in most situations. This technique was developed by Dr Pamela Douglas (of Possums and co.); founded on ultrasound studies of breastfeeding babies and years of research and experience.

Sometimes an initially unstable fit and hold can lead to reduced breast milk supply, and Dr Eliza can also help with rebuilding breast milk supply, along with creating a stable fit and hold.
